Immigration Orientation AND Check-in

Both Immigration Orientation and Immigration Check-In sessions are federally mandated processes. All new international students who are starting as new students, changing status, or changing their level of study are required to attend. You MUST attend both sessions to fulfill your F-1 requirements.

Immigration Orientation - an in-person informational session to learn about F1 regulations and requirements. Students must attend the orientation to learn how to maintain F-1 status.

Immigration Check-in - a virtual session where students complete the check-in form and submit all their immigration documents for review. Students must finish the check-in process to be eligible for activation in SEVIS.
